Hey. This was… exactly what I needed. My husband and I are moving into a new place at the end of August, and I knew I wanted to do this, but I had a very rudimentary idea of how to do it.
We live in an apartment, and you can’t really go clockwise. (This may be a silly question…) But there’s a threshold at the middle of our apartment that doesn’t really allow circular rhythm. I mean, I know it’s energy that’s passing through wherever, but will that cause any difficulty? Or since our intention is towards clearing it all out, does it not matter? Is that part of why it could be beneficial to have a house with good feng shui?
Hi Angela. Thank You for the feedback!
It still surprises me how few houses/buildings are built to support our health and well being. If you are describing the situation with your new place then If you would like, I can take a closer look at the threshold that is situated in the middle of your apartment to make sure it is not inhibiting you and those who share your space. The Centre of our space is just that, our centre, our core, which determines how grounded we are. It can also affect our joints and emotional self: especially our grief vs joy.
As for your question regarding clearing:
You are bang on! Keep very clear with your intention. As you go around the centre focus on it clearing and balancing. Guide what you would like to come in and show the old energy a way out!
